Creator Rights and Likeness Policy

The explicit boundaries around creator identity, approvals, endorsements, and likeness usage in Skein.

Last updated July 11, 2026

1. Core promise

Skein manages your media. It does not become you.

Your face, voice, name, image, and creative identity are not raw material for a synthetic replacement product.

2. Default boundaries

No face cloning.

No voice cloning as a default workflow.

No synthetic creator replacement.

No fabricated endorsements or fake UGC presented as the real creator.

3. Approval rights

Creators should be able to approve or reject edits, captions, brand content, exports, and publishing actions through product controls or managed-service workflows.

Where a team account is used, approvals may be delegated to authorized operators, but delegation should remain visible and revocable.

4. Brand and campaign boundaries

Skein should not present a creator as endorsing a product, service, or political or social position without valid authorization.

Brand usage should stay within the creator's agreed campaign scope and not be repurposed across unrelated campaigns without permission.

5. Training and model boundaries

Uploading content to Skein does not by itself grant permission to train a custom identity model of the creator, simulate the creator's performance, or generate synthetic creator assets for reuse elsewhere.

6. Boundary profiles

As Skein evolves, creators may define boundary profiles such as refused categories, tone limits, likeness restrictions, private footage rules, disclosure preferences, and approval requirements.

7. Reporting concerns

Creators who believe their identity, likeness, or endorsements were mishandled may contact billionairebumblebee@gmail.com for review.
