Creators and rights holders retain ownership of the media, trademarks, and other materials they provide, subject to the limited rights needed for Skein to operate the service.

Skein retains ownership of its software, interfaces, workflows, branding, and product IP, except where third-party rights apply.

Users must not upload, process, or publish material that infringes another party's copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.

If you believe content processed through Skein infringes your rights, send a detailed notice to billionairebumblebee@gmail.com with enough information for us to investigate.

We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing materials, notify the relevant account holder, and act in accordance with applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts associated with repeated infringement or repeated misuse of third-party rights.
